The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Already booking another Let’s Make It Special party or experience? Ask about our discounted Photo Booth Add-On pricing. Travel: Service within 20 miles is included. Additional travel fees may apply beyond 20 miles. Venue parking and admission fees, when applicable, are the responsibility of the client.
Cancellation Policy
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. If booked within 7 days of the event, full payment is required at booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability. The deposit may be transferred to an approved new date but is non-refundable. Travel within 20 miles is included. Additional travel fees apply beyond 20 miles. Client is responsible for any venue parking, admission, tolls, or access fees. Outdoor rentals require a safe, covered area and access to a standard electrical outlet. Let’s Make It Special reserves the right to stop or modify service if weather or conditions could damage equipment or create an unsafe setup. Digital sharing by text, email, or QR code requires adequate internet/cellular service at the venue. By booking, the client agrees to this Photo Booth Rental Policy.
